I thought it was odd that they would kill Black Bolt off-panel. Hulk probably just beat him unconcious.
But, if the Hulk isn't going to kill anyone, just beat them up, well... who cares? Just take your lumps.
He clearly killed him after that murderous bastard Black Bolt threatened to kill the Hulk.

You know what would have been awesome? Seeing that.
I thought he killed Black Bolt too. That's what I assumed when he held Black Bolt up for everyone to see. He looked as though he was melting. I took that to mean every bone in his body was pulverized. The art is so bad that it's hard to tell.
