Here's the remainder of our review of "Civil War" #4. The way we see it, the original series was delayed without much reason, so why the hell shouldn't our review of it? Yeah, yeah, we didn't think anyone would buy that line. Then again, it's a wonder that anyone bought this series in the first place.
