This Week's Lowlights...

The Comic Book Haters, after taking the weekend off, will be returning to the studio this week for some fresh episodes. Titles scheduled to go 'under the axe' include Marvel Zombies, Ultimates, Nat Turner, Samurai Executioner, and several other surprises. By 'surprises,' of course, we mean 'shit we haven't decided on yet.' If you'd like to see your favorite (or least favorite) title reviewed, please email thecomicbookhaters@yahoo.com. All serious queries will be considered. Silly queries will be automatically endorsed.

I know you usually only review comic books, but it would be nice if you stepped outside from your normal medium to review the new motion picture based on the life of Cappy, BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN. Granted, a lot of movie reviewers have weighed in and as of yet, no comic book reviewer has given this flick the once over. The difference is that no other funny book critic has a personal connection to one of the two people this movie is based on. The fact that you both know Cappy almost requires a review.

Anyone else notice that 4 of the last 8 new pictures on the blog have had negative comments penned by none other than special guest Umbrellaman?

Something is rotten in the state of Denmark. Methinks he doth protest too much.

Look for a special, in-depth investigative report debuting soon!

4 out of 8? That's still less than half. What the hell are you complaining about, Schooly? Why don't you stop daydreaming about Moon Knight's ass and do something productive. Period.

Schooly don't get so uptight...I'm not judging, I'm just trying to keep the pictures relevant to the podcasts...I mean so you have a boner for Moon Knight and GI Joe...it's ok...really. Besides DJ Sloofus pays me extra for the images that bust on you, so don't be too mad with me. I promise to have some Umbrellaman hatin' images in the near future for you to laugh at...maybe you can help with the writing. Now try to get into the Christmas spirit you bitter old crank.

Happy Holidays!
