Comic Book Robot Sets Critics Ablaze!

INTERNET, Atlantic City: Ever a companion to controversey, the Comic Book Robot has once again ignited the furor of God-fearing folk across the land. The recent "Inside the Comic Book Haters' Studio: Comic Book Robot" episode, hosted by Umbrellaman, has caused quite a fiasco in the CBH crew's hometown of Atlantic City.
The episode, which aired on local internet but has not yet been broadcast to the denizens of the intra-web, featured an in-depth interview with the foul-mouthed centurion. Throughout the course of the discussion, Comic Book Robot made several unsavory comments, including disparaging remarks about several distinct individuals.
Almost immediately upon airing, local church groups and citizens brigades formed en masse outside the studios of the Funnybook Dungeon. Book burnings, anti-hate hate marches, and other forms of protest were immediately undertaken.
Series co-host (and current custodian of the robot) DJ Sloofus was visibly shaken by the ordeal. "That f****** hunk of metallic s********* has gotten me into enough trouble," he said. "I have to put up with his r***** all the time; believe me, it's no picnic." DJ Sloofus, along with co-host Schooly G, is unsure as to whether or not the episode will see wider distribution. "I don't want people to think we support him. Or it. Or whatever the p**** it is," he said in a recent telephone interview. "I hate to censor anything, but I'd really like to close the book on this guy once and for all."
